Engraving Interval Test Generator

Updated August 2023 ~ Fixed issue with not being able to select the correct output shape type.
This form will create an advanced Lightburn Powerscale file to test speed and power settings.

This is an unsupported generator, no guarantees or support!

Options

Interval Range

The interval distance (AKA DPI) is the distance bewteen each scanline, if this is too small the laser dots will overlap and overburn the material, if too large you will end up with gaps.
In effect the interval should be close to the dot size of your laser.

Power Range

If you are unsure, check lightburn and see if the min power settings in your layer option is enabled.

I have a passion for science, technology, computers and design and worked in the design and print industry for the last 20 years.
